- Length of Time: Approx. 1 hr.
There is NO FOOD permitted in the salon; this is not a private celebration.
BOOKING POLICY: a 50% deposit is required for all day spa packages.
APPOINTMENT TIMING: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Being late will result in losing time from your service.
GRATUITY: For your convenience, an 18% Gratuity will automatically be added to all day spa packages and is payable upon checkout in CASH.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hour notice (via phone/text 631-312-4602) in order to receive a refund or to apply your deposit to a future date. Failure to do so within the time period will result in FORFEIT (LOSS) of your deposit or gift certificate value. Your deposit will not simply transfer to another date.
Parties of 2 or more require additional staffing. You may adjust your headcount up to 24 hours prior (via phone/text 631-312-4602). The 50% deposit for “no shows” will be forfeited and allocated to cover the additional staffing. Seriously Spoiled is not responsible for “no shows” or children who do wish to participate in services.
